How to: Add a record in the Table Datasheet.
Solution:
Open the Table Datasheet view, and select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Record'.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Open the Table Datasheet view.
3) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Record'. (A blank line appears at the end of the datasheet.)
NOTE: A row can only be inserted at the END of the table. Sort or filter the table datasheet to move the row to the desired location.
4) Type the desired information in the new record's fields.

5) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save' to save changes.
6) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to close the Table Datasheet view.
